To prepare noodles:

Boil a pot of water.  When boiled, place 6 egg noodle bundles from Simply Food’s Premium Egg Noodle packaging into the water.  Stir the noodles occasionally to separate the noodles and break up the bundle.  Cook the noodles for 4 minutes.

As the noodles are cooking, prepare a bowl with cold water and some cooking oil.  This will be used to place the cooked noodles in to stop the cooking process and to stop the noodles from sticking together.

When noodles are almost tender and rehydrated, take the noodles out of the boiling water, strain, and place immediately into cool, cold water to stop the cooking process.

Remove the noodles from the cool bath, strain and place on the side for later use.

To prepare the protein:

Add protein to a hot pan with oil, season, and cook until they are almost ready to eat.

Shrimp - To a hot pan, add oil, a sprinkle of chicken powder and shrimp.

Sausage - To a hot pan, add sausage, sautéd garlic, and stir fry until fragrant.

Chicken - Add egg white and cornstarch to coat the sliced chicken and stir fry until cooked.

To prepare the pan fried noodles:

When all the protein has been cooked, add the cooked noodles.

Add in the seasoning sauce to the pan and constantly stir fry.  When the bottom of the pan is slightly charred.

Add in the green onions and bean sprouts at the end and stir.

Garnish with parsley.
