Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (Does not include carrier shipping time). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours (business days).
Delivery Address Changes
We do not allow for address changes or delivery changes once a tracking number has been assigned to your order.There are no exceptions once a tracking # has been generated.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Simply Food is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Simply Food is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.If you need assistance please contact us at email@example.com
Standard rates/fees may be applied.Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition in its original packaging.If a product is damaged we will work with you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us on qualifying returns.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
