Ingredients

1 bowl of SIMPLY FOOD Vegetarian Noodles
2 Oz of King Oyster Mushroom
2 Oz of Carrots
1 Oz of Fresh Shiitake Mushroom
1 Oz of Green Onion
1 Chili
0.2 Oz of Minced Ginger
1 Tsp of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp of Cooking Oil
Instructions
Step 1Cut the vegetables by dicing the king oyster mushroom and carrots, finely chop the green onion, thinly slice the chili and score the shiitake mushroom.
Step 2
Stir-fry minced ginger until fragrant. Then add diced carrot, diced mushroom, and stir-fry with oyster sauce until cooked. Continue by adding chopped green onion, chili and turn off the heat.
Step 3
Boil the Shiitake mushrooms until cooked.
Step 4
Place the seasoning packet in the bowl of SIMPLY FOOD Vegetarian Ramen Noodles and pour in 350ml boiling water until cooked.
Step 5
Place the vegetables and mushroom on top. Mix and enjoy this bowl of vegan ramen noodles!
