Vegetarian Ramen Noodles with Vegetable Sauce
Enhance SIMPLY FOOD Vegetarian Ramen Noodles even further with this delicious vegetable sauce!  This flavorful sauce includes carrots and shiitake mushrooms and will turn a simple bowl of instant ramen into a complex meal!


Cook Time: 30 Minutes

1 bowl of SIMPLY FOOD Vegetarian Noodles

2 Oz of King Oyster Mushroom

2 Oz of Carrots

1 Oz of Fresh Shiitake Mushroom

1 Oz of Green Onion

1 Chili

0.2 Oz of Minced Ginger

1 Tsp of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce

1 Tbsp of Cooking Oil


Step 1

Cut the vegetables by dicing the king oyster mushroom and carrots, finely chop the green onion, thinly slice the chili and score the shiitake mushroom.

Step 2

Stir-fry minced ginger until fragrant. Then add diced carrot, diced mushroom, and stir-fry with oyster sauce until cooked. Continue by adding chopped green onion, chili and turn off the heat. 

Step 3

Boil the Shiitake mushrooms until cooked.

Step 4

Place the seasoning packet in the bowl of SIMPLY FOOD Vegetarian Ramen Noodles and pour in 350ml boiling water until cooked.

Step 5

Place the vegetables and mushroom on top. Mix and enjoy this bowl of vegan ramen noodles!
