Soak dried rice vermicelli in cold water for 5 minutes to soften the noodles.  Add the noodles to the boiling water for 5 minutes.  Rinse them briefly under cool water to stop the cooking process.  Gluten-free and healthy, these fresh noodles are simply amazing!
