Instant Spicy "PHO" Noodles

This Vegetarian Spicy instant “Pho” recipe is quick, easy, and delicious! Elevate SIMPLY FOOD “Pho” Chay broth with a mixture of mushrooms in a spicy chili oil broth seasoning. 


Cook Time: 30 Minutes

  • 1 Bowl of SIMPLY FOOD Vegetarian Instant “Pho” Noodles
  • 3 Oz of King Oyster Mushroom
  • 2 Oz of Fresh Shiitake Mushroom
  • 1 Oz of Green Onions
  • 0.2 Minced Ginger
  • 1 Chile pepper
  • 400 ml of Water
  • 400 ml of Water
  • 1 Tbsp of Cooking Oil
  • 1 Tsp of Chili Powder


Step 1

Cut king oyster mushroom into small pieces, score shiitake mushroom, and slice green onions and chili. 

Step 2

In a pan, stir-fry minced ginger with cooking oil until fragrant, then add king oyster mushroom. 

Step 3

Open a bowl of SIMPLY FOOD Vegetarian Instant “Pho” Noodles and add the package seasonings to the pan. Add chili powder and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 4

Add in water and shiitake mushrooms and let boil until everything is cooked. .

Step 5

Pour the mixture into SIMPLY FOOD Vegetarian Instant “Pho” Noodle bowl and top it off with some chopped green onions. Cover the lid for 3 minutes, stir, and enjoy delicious instant pho!
